As the founder of Cinch, Phillip Le brings total preparation, technical expertise, and a championship attitude to his role as a real estate broker. With over a decade of professional experience, Phillip is a relentless advocate for his clients and has advised families, developers, and corporations in achieving their investment goals throughout Southern California - one of the nation’s most dynamic and competitive markets.

At a very young age, Phillip spent countless hours assisting his father, who owned a real estate and mortgage brokerage in San Bernardino. After graduating from California State University -Fullerton, Phillip gained valuable industry experience in various land acquisition roles at some of the nation’s top homebuilders.

After spending years analyzing large-scale opportunities for new residential development, Phillip learned his true passion was helping families realize their personal real estate goals. In 2009, Phillip joined Conquest Financial and Realty to practice residential real estate full time. He also earned his MBA from the the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California - Irvine.

In 2018, Phillip founded Cinch to expand his professional experience and knowledge of the Southern California real estate market, develop deeper relationships with clients and partners, and better manage the exceptional level of service that is at the core of his practice.

Phillip lives in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. When he’s not meeting with clients at local eateries all over Southern California, he can be found running laps around the Rose Bowl training for his next marathon.
